Player Country Updates

I have an all Haiti FUT team and the options are thin to build out a squad with depth. With that being said, can FUT please update the players who switched their nationality. For example, Kenny Quetant played for Haiti not France in the international break. Is there anyway this can be updated in FUT as I want to start an Evo with him but with his updated country. Thanks!
