Referee Strictness

Not too sure how to present this, but could someone look into the strictness of the referees when showing cards for fouls? It seems they are highly lax in clubs where players are able to slide multiple times and get either no foul calls or get a yellow card even on some highly egregious fouls.

Wonder if you could also look into tackle-backs...not necessarily from the same player but if I tackle a player and get instantly tackled again by their AI or by another player on their team, it takes out the effort and skill I put in for defending against this player well and negates my tackle entirely.

Much appreciated.
