Request for consideration of FC 27 Ultimate Edition pre-order bonus

I would like to ask you to consider my pre-order situation for EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Ultimate Edition.

I have been a loyal fan of your game series for many years. Over the past three years, I have spent more than 6,000 hours in the game (an average of about 2,000 hours per year). In addition, I work as a computer science teacher at a school and every year, on my own initiative and at my own expense, I organize free EA FC tournaments for kids in grades 3-4 (8-10 years old). I buy a cup and medals for the children to give them the joy of competition (if necessary, I can provide a photo report from the tournaments, which is published annually on our school's Facebook page).

On August 7, 2026, I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Ultimate Edition. However, the next day, August 8, I was forced to cancel the order and refund the money due to an urgent and critical situation. Due to the war in Ukraine, my friend, who is currently on the front lines, urgently needed medicine. This money was immediately sent to support him.

This week, right after receiving my salary, I re-purchased the Ultimate edition of EA SPORTS FC™ 27. Unfortunately, due to the forced temporary cancellation, I lost the right to receive the early pre-order bonus - 85+ OVR International ICON Pack

Understanding the company's strict rules regarding pre-order deadlines, I still sincerely ask you to make an exception in my situation and credit the early pre-order bonus to my account until the official release of the game.
