Subject: Formal Complaint – Incorrect Penalty Decision in EA SPORTS FC 27

Dear EA Support,

I am writing to complain about a penalty decision in EA SPORTS FC 27 that I believe was incorrect and had a significant impact on my match.

As shown in the attached gameplay footage, my defender clearly wins the ball in the challenge, yet the referee awards a penalty to my opponent. I believe this decision was unfair and directly affected the momentum of the game.

In a competitive football game, refereeing decisions should be consistent and reflect what actually happens on the pitch. Awarding a penalty when the defender appears to win the ball undermines the competitive experience and leaves players feeling that the outcome of a match has been unfairly influenced by the game.

I paid £90 for FC 27, and I expect the game to deliver a fair and reliable experience, particularly in competitive matches.

I would like EA to review the attached footage and investigate whether this penalty decision reflects a problem with the game’s refereeing mechanics.
