UNABLE TO CONNECT

Hi there. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Thanks for trying. As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. If it works, this is not meant to be a permanent solution. It's just part of troubleshooting.

I use mobile hotspot and im praise to god that i can play. BUT, I still get disconnected from EA server when entering store,objective,view my squad, even try to play squad battle also i get disconnect! Can u release new update ASAP to fix this! Its already 3-4 days after latest update I cant play online mode on this game. 

This means the issue is with your home network/ISP since a completely different connection works. Please contact your ISP so they can troubleshoot this. Be sure to let them know that you can connect over a mobile hotspot.

U always say this to others who facing this problem. I can play others online modes game without any problem, this problem only happen on your games. As i said, mobile hotspot also make me disconnected after 1-2minutes, even i just want to open store also get disconnected from your server. I have good and highspeed internet on mobile. I dont think ++300mbps on mobile hotspot make me get disconnected every times i try to open store,objective,myclub even squad battle also get disconnected from ea server.. As you can see, its not only me facing this problem after the latest update. Even my country community on social media who play this game also facing this problem as me

It's normal to disconnect on a mobile hotspot. It's a wireless connection. Your speed is fine, but that's not the issue. Wireless is unstable.

Since you can connect on the hotspot, but cannot connect on your home network, that means it's an issue with your home network and/or ISP. Please contact your ISP to see if they can check for any issues.

I can play fc26 without being disconnected. And u still try to blame ISP? 

we face the same problem man. EA doesnt give a **bleep**. still cant connect, been 3 days now

Now my ISP technician says this problem are not from their side. This problem are from your server because the others game work perfectly in online modes. They also have the same reports from other users about this game. Check your server and fix this problem ASAP! What this forum for if you still blaming others about your game problem.
