Sad about this Game

Dear EA Sports Development Team, I am extremely disappointed with the current Manager Career Mode in EA SPORTS FC 27 on Xbox. As a long-time fan of Career Mode, I genuinely miss the classic experience of developing young talents, sending them out on loan, and watching them grow into future stars. The loan transfer system is seriously frustrating. For example, I have Thiago Pitarch at Real Madrid. He is only 18 years old with a 71 overall rating, yet I cannot get a single loan offer for him. This is not an isolated case. I have experienced the same problem with multiple young players, including youth academy graduates, across several seasons. Meanwhile, players rated 80 or higher receive transfer offers. How are we supposed to develop young talents if other clubs are not interested in loaning them? Another major issue is the dynamic player rating system. I personally dislike the constant live updates and changes to player ratings. I want the classic Career Mode experience back, where I can develop my players naturally through training, playing time, and loan spells. Please address these issues: 1. Fix the lack of loan offers for young players. 2. Improve the transfer AI so smaller clubs actively seek promising talents. 3. Allow players to disable dynamic player ratings. 4. Bring back the classic Career Mode development experience. Career Mode should be about building a team for the future and enjoying realistic football management. Right now, these problems are taking away much of that enjoyment. I sincerely hope EA takes this feedback seriously. Thank you.” A disappointed EA SPORTS FC 27 player.
