How to Access EA live chat

Can anyone help me connect to live chat because for some reason when I log in to EA Help there is no option for me to connect to live EA and I need to talk with them about my case as I have been wrongfully banned from the transfer market due to alleged coin transferring or a suspicious coin balance which I have not done any nor have I used third-party coin transferring. It's also been almost a month and there are still no updates and when I go to my penalty history it says that my appeal is being reviewed but when i open my cases its says that it's status is closed this is my case number Case #255121991 and when i asked them for details about how they came to this conclusion or proof and what is the severity or type of ban all they said is that they couldn't tell me how they reached their decision or how long or what type of ban i got

    You can access our support options, including live chat, by going to the main help page for FC 27 and scrolling to the bottom to select "Contact Us".

    Why Support Cannot Provide Specific Details
    I know it's frustrating not to get the exact details of why your account was sanctioned. This is not because our advisors are trying to be difficult, but because we have a strict policy to protect the integrity of our anti-cheat and security systems.
