Hey guys, maybe someone here will tell me what happened. Today I got two emails saying I got a 7 and 45 days ban for online play. When I accessed my account on the web it said that I have permanent account ban for ea fc 27. I don’t know if me using someone’s service to transfer the fc points early was the trigger to do so by them but still it seems a little exaggerated.
you banned mass people and everyone getting the same two emails. We are loading a lot of money on your game to open on web app and have an advantage and even people who didn’t transfert points are banned . Whats is this we need a refund you’re making millions and you can’t Even control your bots. Go Check your appeal cause everyone is making now
i assume you did point transfer early, ea seem to be banning people doing this
How are they even transferring early?
They have someone from creator network who get a game early and they’re using this person to log on other people accounts and transfer them
i think you're missing the point, if theyre banning people for transferring points early it clearly indicates its against TOS otherwise there wouldnt be a pattern of bans. You break TOS you get banned its how EA is.
I got that part pretty clearly. What I don’t understand is what ban is the correct one cause in emails you get a sum of 52 days and then on website it says permanent and there’s also the topic of people not transferring points and still getting banned
Check your ea ban history it should state the proper ban there. I know people who did the point transfer and same sitaution, in the ea ban history for them it states permanent.
It states permanent for everyone on penalty history but we only got emails (2 of them) that said 45 days the first, and then 7 days the second. Which is it, 7, 45 or permanent?
