Beta keeps crashing on ps5, I’ve restarted game, deleted squad, took foundation cards out. I can’t play a game at all?

Nathan_Eaglesham It's a playtest. The point is to identify what is wrong so they can update issues for the full release, and for future updates, not to push a massive patch during a playtest.

Love how it’s just radio silence since we mention this. Still no fix but want us to test the game 😂

When you load into the game, you can see the intro (the opponent's team etc.) but before it gets to the kickoff point, you get disconnected with either one of three messages:

"We noticed a data mismatch with your opponent's squad, so we cancelled the match. You will not get a loss for this match."

"We have detected your squad file does not match that of your opponent, and have cancelled the match to prevent unfair play. Should your squad be corrupted or tampered with, you will need to delete your Online Squad file and re-download it."

"You lost your connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost."

We've tried multiple fixes, for example removing squad foundations players, and deleting profiles, but neither fixed it. Very few games actually work, and i am not sure the reason(s) why they work and most don't.

    Hey KyronGotBanned,

Are you getting an error when the game crashes/ if so, could you share a screenshot of what it says exactly?

Also, just to check, when does the game crash? Is it in a menu, in a game, etc.?

The more info you share, the easier it'll be to help. 🙂
