In Online Seasons 2027 version, when moving a player reverve to substitutions and click save and come back, the changes are not saved.
I play with Real Madrid team.
Can you fix this, as it's super annoying and cannot play accurately now that I have the new version purchased.

Yeah same here, also player tactics keep resetting too which i’ve tried everything to get it to save, also there no ? ( question mark) when i want to type in saved formation ???????
Regarding tactics—if they aren't saving, it means you've been playing for more than an hour. Just exit the game, log back in, and set them up again; that should fix it. However, the issue with the substitutes on the bench is a real problem, and I don't know how to resolve it!
That's a known bug that's been plaguing this game for over a decade if my memory serves me well...probably longer. This company is such a joke but I keep buying their broken product every year, jokes on me. It's frustrating that these little known issues can't be fixed. Like the post below you mentioned, you'd have to exit the game reboot and go back in order to save your new tactics. Now we gotta deal with this subs and reserves bug.
I was having the same problem, found a weird semi-solution. I think currently the game is bugged and for some reason it wants to always keep specific players on bench, if you put the player you want in sub as your starting, when the starting player goes to subs it takes over as the priority in subs and you are able to save it that way without those specific players in bench but its still messed up because this way i have to start with the subs to be able to play them and then get my real starters in later on in game. This is just the only way I've found where it actually saves your squad with the players you want 🤷♂️ Hopefully they fix it soon 🙏
