Career Mode Live Update… No?!

Is it just me or does any one else believe that Career Mode should be impacted by Live Updates?

I mean Career cannot be fully impacted, but to some extent, for a prolonged experience and to encourage playing multiple seasons, Player Availability and improvements post start of the mode should be allowed through options/settings at the start (live update):

1) Introduce New players added/emerging during season (for your own team as free agents, and at AI opponent's for other teams)

2) Players updated or significantly improved during live season should also be updated if they are not in your squad). While for those on your squad, the feature of building PlayStyles (+ or ++) should be added, through training or consistent application of skills in-marches. 

3) Players growing old or repeatedly failing execution of skills also can lose their PS+ or PS++ icons. 

Right now, players become dull after a few seasons.. and the lack of competition if you buy all stars is also dull. While having to recreate a new save from start just to have the new players available is disappointing.
