    EA_Barry Thank you for your response.

     

    I understand that forum moderators cannot resolve appeals directly. However, it has now been 14 full days (2 weeks) since I submitted my appeal for Case #255247501 on September 26th, without any update or response from the Terms of Service team.

     

    This prolonged delay is causing significant ongoing loss of time-sensitive content, including FUT Champions, Season XP, and weekly objectives in a paid product.

     

    Could you please advise if there is any way to internally flag or escalate Case #255247501 for a status check with the ToS team?

      Unfortunately, we cannot expedite a ban appeal directly via the forums. There does appear to be somewhat of a delay in processing ban appeals currently, likely due to a backlog that needs to be worked through. EA_Barry.
