Code is for wrong region and won't let me change

Hi. Is there anyway to get new code for correct region? When I filled the form, it glitched and wouldn't let me select a region and now the code I have received for the play test is locked to America when I'm in the UK. Tried requesting a new one but also wouldn't let me select Europe for new code to be assigned to. Any help please?

    If you selected the wrong PlayStation region during registration, you will not be able to change it after submitting your registration. If you are selected to participate, your game code will be issued based on the region you selected. If the region is incorrect, your code may not work on your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to update your selected region after registration. EA_Barry.

    My region on both PS account and EA account has been on Romania ever since I have opened the account in 2021 and still have the same issue

    I have selected my region ( Europe ) but I still got a North America code but I have never did anything with North America as a region so why I did I get that code and not the correct one that should have been Europe

    I am located in the United States. Both my PlayStation account and my EA account are set to the US region. I genuinely don’t understand why I received a code for the European region.

    This issue needs to be investigated because it is not only happening to me. Many people who have created topics about this issue are experiencing the same problem.

    I can provide any information or proof you need so you can verify that my claim is correct. Please review this issue and help provide a code for the correct region.
