Day 4 being unable to play the game because of game freezing and crashing!

How isn't this issue a priority, being unable to play the game is a major problem. Have done everything possible there is to try and play the game normaly, can't even get to the kick off screen. It's straight away freezes on going into the match. No response or direct live help to find a solution. I have never seen it this bad before, it's getting out of hand. Router changes, team changes in game, settings, audio changes, resolution changes, clear cache and software clean up op ps5, wifi and lan cabel changed, dns, UPnP, remove save data from the ps5, removed fc 27, download on another ssd and remove other games, another stadion in game, etc.... You name it, i did it and still 0 progress. We paid full price for this game and shouldn't be dealing with this for more the 4 days and some even longer. Hopefully this will be looked at together to find the main issue causing these crashes.
