Hey so I got a pc code. It said I can redeem it on ea app or steam. I went to ea app and redeemed it, the beta showed up, and said the game is all yours. But when I pressed confirm the game doesn’t show in my library at all and the code is redeemed. Is this a bug or will the game show up later when I have to download it?

I haven't gotten it yet codes are apparently given out from 5pm bst to 8 or 10 bst

same with me on ea app, i thought it was an issue with my code, i got a replacement and its still not showing up.
Hey there I contacted support, they said it’s a known issue and to keep up with their socials on updates. So no fix
