EA FC27 failing to let me load into the game

I bought Fc27 ultimate edition so i can play clubs and get a bit of a head start like others. but every time i try to boot up the game the intro plays like normal but as soon as i load into the ea servers the game crashes. i never seen this happen with me before with a fifa game or fc. i also deleted and reinstalled the game from my library and still had the same problem. it’s been like this since yesterday the first day of 27 i only got to play it one time fully before this problem became a repeat issue
