The EA Play trial for FC 27 isn't live yet. You can see when it goes live here. This isn't really something we can fix for you since it's still working as intended.

EA play comes with a 10 hour early access trial, but the Ultimate Edition also already has early access. Early access doesn't stack into even-earlier-access.
it's their typical behavior for not knowing/how to answer something, like just ask your supervisor to answer, it ain't that deep to ask for help.

I'm quite confused at the moment, because what's the point of buying "EA Play" if the Ultimate Edition is playable in 11 hours (UTC+2) like does the 10 hour trial only count for people with the Standard Edition or what? I'd love to get an explanation, thanks for advance.

Last year, we were able to log into the game with EA Play at 1 PM UK time or close time zone but exactly that was before midnight 00:00
