Account hacked from Belgium & unfair device ban - Need Help (Cases included)

Hi EA Community Managers,

I am writing to request an urgent help with my compromised account. My account was hacked from Belgium. As a result I received an unfair 7-day account ban and a 45-day device ban on my console. 
I paid for Early Access and a significant content, but I’m totally locked out. The EA Live Chat was unable to help me with the security breach and just redirected me away. I did not break any rules myself.

Please escalate my cases to the Security team to check the Belgian IP logs and remove this unfair ban. Thank you!
