EA servers disconnect issue

Since the full release of this game, I have constantly been disconnected from the EA service every 2 to 3 games at first I thought it was an issue with my Wi-Fi so I contacted them and they said there would be no reason that the Wi-Fi is causing the issue and then contacted EA directly and they are telling me to change DNS settings and other advanced settings within my PlayStation network settings, but that has not solved the issue either I’m constantly being kicked out of draft matches, rush, matches grounds, matches and rivals matches, including fut champs matches as well which is not fair as I am missing out on a lot of rewards and coins. I’ve come to the conclusion that this must be an issue with the game itself as I never had this issue when playing FC 26 and I was still on the same Wi-Fi network and they still set up within my home this needs to be looked into as soon as possible otherwise I will take this further into a complaint.
