I am experiencing a serious connection issue in FC 27. Almost every match I play disconnects exactly when the first half ends and the second half is about to start.

The problem is extremely consistent. It happens in nearly every match, usually during the transition from the first half to the second half. I receive an error message saying that EA servers cannot be connected to.

However, my internet connection does not drop or disconnect when this happens. I remain connected to the internet, and I have no problems with other online services or games.

I have also checked my connection quality. My connection has 0% packet loss, very low ping (around 0 to 12 ms), very low jitter, and the connection quality is rated as Great (98 to 100 out of 100).

This makes it very unlikely that the problem is caused by my internet connection or ISP.

Since the issue occurs repeatedly at almost exactly the same point in the match, when the first half ends and the second half begins, I believe this may be a problem with FC 27 or the EA servers.

Could you please investigate my account and match connection logs and check why I am being disconnected from EA servers at half-time?

I would appreciate a proper technical investigation rather than generic troubleshooting steps, as my internet connection is stable and the issue happens consistently in FC 27.
