FC 27 Closed Beta – Steam code redeemed, but no game modes available

Hi EA,

I received an FC 27 Closed Beta Steam code through my friend's EA invitation email. The invitation stated that the beta access included Ultimate Team.

I accidentally redeemed the Steam code while using a different EA account than the one I intended to use.

The Steam code was accepted successfully, and I can launch the FC 27 Closed Beta normally. However, once I enter the game, no game modes are available at all. Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Kick-Off, and the other modes do not appear.

I contacted EA Support about this issue, but I was directed to post here.

Could someone please clarify whether the beta entitlement can be restored or correctly assigned to the EA account that is currently linked to my Steam account?

I can provide proof of the original invitation, the Steam code redemption, and my EA account details if required.
