FC 27 coin distribution ban following account compromise — request for help

My EA account was compromised, and my FC 27 account was banned for alleged coin distribution. Multiple appeals have received only generic rejections.

My EA data export records successful logins from Los Angeles, Tokyo and Piscataway on 12 October 2026. I was in Portugal and was not using a VPN or remote connection. I also noticed Ultimate Team activity I did not perform.

EA's records show an active "ECONOMIC_ADVANTAGE" penalty from 13 October, followed by an account status change to "DISABLED" with reason "BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER".

Could an EA community manager help clarify these conflicting statuses and advise how to obtain a substantive review? I want EA to investigate the suspicious logins alongside the specific Ultimate Team transactions that triggered the ban.

My Penalty History now shows an appeal as pending despite receiving a rejection, and I cannot submit another appeal.
