Title: FC 27 PlayStation Tournaments Rewards Not Received – UAE Account
Hello EA Support,
I play EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5 using a UAE PlayStation account.
I used to receive my PlayStation Tournaments rewards normally. However, after the recent UAE currency change, I stopped receiving FC Points rewards.
I reached the semi-finals and finals multiple times and even won a tournament, but I received no rewards. I am also not receiving tournament registration rewards.
Other players with UAE accounts may be experiencing the same issue.
Could you please investigate this issue and confirm whether the missing rewards can be granted?

These tournaments are actually managed by PlayStation themselves. I believe that the FAQ mentions that it can take a few weeks for the rewards to show up in-game, but regardless if you need help you'll need to reach out to them.
