FC 27 Pre-Order Refund - No Cancel or Refund Option

Hello,

I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Plus Edition through the EA App, but I want to cancel my pre-order and receive a refund.

There is no "Cancel Pre-order" option in my Order History, and FC 27 does not appear in the EA Refund Tool.

I have also been unable to reach an EA Advisor through live chat.

I have not launched or played the game.

Could someone please advise me on how I can cancel my pre-order and receive a refund?
