FC 27 PS5 – The Grounds repeatedly causes my PS5 to completely shut down

I’m experiencing a serious issue specifically with The Grounds in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.

Every time I try to enter/play The Grounds, my PS5 suddenly makes three quick beeps and completely powers off. This has now happened 4 times.

The important thing is that this is only happening with The Grounds. I have been able to use my PS5 normally outside of this mode, including playing other parts of FC 27 without the console shutting down.

This is not just FC 27 crashing to the dashboard — the entire PS5 powers off.

I am concerned that there may be a technical/stability issue with The Grounds that is causing an abnormal load or triggering a system shutdown on PS5.

I have stopped repeatedly testing the mode because I don’t want to risk repeatedly forcing the console to shut down.
