Hi, I received a code for the closed beta, when I went onto my ps4 to redeem the code, it let me redeem it but then the game disappeared and I can’t find it anywhere, therefore I can’t download it, I tried getting a new code but it says I can’t redeem this code at this time. I would appreciate a reply at your earliest convenience

SorryEA_Barry Barry, but as I said I’m on ps4, there is no option for this on ps4, I have checked all my purchased games and it is not anywhere to be found. I have seen other people with the same issue as me.

Please go to your Demos, My Games and Apps and then go to Free with Xbox and you will find it there.

No xbox series x. It was my in my full library as Fc27 closed beta (Demo). So could be in your demos. Maybe your owned games/Demos...
