FC27 order stuck processing (PC)

Hello, i have preordered FC27 on the ea app on pc but my order is stuck on processing even after funds have left my bank, speaking to live chat is useless as they don't know their own policies and tell me that funds don't get taken until 7 days before launch when in fact they are taken instantly. I am trying to get this solved before 31st due to the preorder bonuses so just wondering if others have this issue of the order status stuck on processing or is it shown as completed for you.

    Hey there IHBurke​ sorry to see that you are having issues.

    The team is right in that a pre-order is not taken till the work of the game release.

    What you are most likely seeing on your account is a pre-authorisation, which is where the bank will earmark the money to ensure that the purchase can be made, but the money does not leave your account and will be returned to you.

    We don't have any input into this so you can speak with your bank for more info on when this will be returned to your account.

    The main thing is do I need to be worried if my order says processing or because the money has been taken and it's not "earmarked" it's definitely been taken which a livechat member confirmed to me last night and the fact I can see it in my library so at this point I just assume it's going to say processing until closer to release and the order is fine unless someone from ea tells me otherwise.
