Foundation Objectives complete — Web/Companion Transfer Market still locked
Hi, hoping a Community Manager can take a look at my account specifically, since front-line chat support wasn't able to help beyond pointing me to the general article.
Issue: Transfer Market is still locked on the Web and Companion App, well past the documented access window.
Details:
- Completed and claimed all Foundation Objectives (Total Football 3/3, including Venturing Out) on September 18, day one of early access — screenshot attached
- Web/Companion App still shows the standard "has not yet earned access" lock screen — screenshot attached
- Playing 3+ matches and logging into the Web/Companion App every day since
- Platform: PC
- I also want to flag that I had a Transfer Market ban on FC 26 last year. I understand from EA's own help article that standard bans don't carry over between titles, only franchise-level bans do — could someone confirm which type mine was, since that's the one thing I haven't been able to get a straight answer on?
- Already contacted EA Help via chat and was told access is automatic and nothing could be checked/adjusted manually
Given it's now several days past the documented 24–48 hour window after completing objectives, I don't think this is a "just wait" situation anymore. Any help looking into the account would be appreciated.
