Game breaking camera

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration and formally report a serious technical issue in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team, specifically during a FUT Champions match.

I was winning the match when, suddenly, the in-game camera became completely stuck due to a gameplay bug.

This issue prevented me from seeing the action properly and playing normally. As a direct consequence, I ended up losing a match that I was winning before the technical failure occurred.

This is completely unacceptable in a competitive mode like FUT Champions, where every victory directly affects rankings, progression and rewards.

I am requesting:

1. A full investigation into this technical issue.
2. A review of the match and the unfair defeat.
3. Restoration of the match result, if technically possible, or appropriate compensation.
4. An explanation of how EA intends to prevent similar issues in the future.

I invest time and effort into competing in FUT Champions, and I should not be penalized for a technical failure that was entirely outside my control.

I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and would appreciate a fair resolution rather than a generic automated response.
