game crashed

game crashes for me as soon as i load up in the charging screen, i've tried anything to fix this and won't work
i have access to UT on the test, but it won't load, just crash as soon as i get to the loading screen

my components:
Ryzen 5 5600X
16Gb DDR4 3000MHz
RX9060XT

i don't think it's cause by my pc, it did this thing also with FC26 which had me using luna from start of summer stars till now

how can i do?
