Ghoul fest actually hell

Ive played 1 full game and it was my first attempt, ever since that only on ghoul fest the match disconnects after maybe 3 seconds. It doesn't give me a win or loss and it doesn't count as a match played.  Why is it only happening on ghoul fest and please don't ban me for persistent disconnects 🤣 PS5
