I am still being hacked from fc26 player manipulation

Hello I recently got the chance to play fc27 and am still being hacked, in ultimate team, my players pass the ball slow and can't run, it happened on fc26 and nothing was done about it, I had to stop playing the game, if this carries on without a solution I request a full refund off the game. I bought the ultimate plus preorder bundle. This is a joke it hasn't been fixed since last year and the year before, someone literally watches every single game I play and hacks player movement, in all the games I play, even on career mode and. kick off when I play my friends.
