I received a code but can't find it

Hi all, I received an email today telling me that I have gotten  a code for fc27 but I can't find it anywhere( spam, promotions anywhere) and I don't know what to do. Ive tried to reply to the email saying I didn't get the code but the email address can't receive any emails according to the Email delivery system. Thoughts on what to do?
