I did not receive a Beta code

Hello EA, Help me please 

I am registered as an EA SPORTS FC 27 Playtester, and the closed beta has already started, but I have not received a beta code yet.

Could you please check whether my account is eligible for the playtest and whether a code has been sent or is still pending?

    So I recently received an respond on my last problem,

     and i kinda didn’t get what he meant,

    does he mean that i can’t get the beta code at all?

    or i just need to wait?

    so please help me

    Sorry if I wasn't clear before. We cannot check your account nor give you a code. If you did not receive a code via email, it means you have not been invited to the Beta.

    Signing up for EA Playtesting or opting into EA marketing emails doesn’t guarantee access to the EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta. This is explained in the Closed Beta guide.
