Loan Bug for Young Players still in game after update v1.1

Youth academy players and other players under 70 overall do not receive offers to go on loan no matter how long I have had them listed and no matter how many times I add/remove them from the list.

Heading into season two, I've got 15 youngsters returning from loan, but because of this bug, most of them are stuck with nowhere to go. I can't even sell them, so my only choice is to pay to release them.
