My Account Was Wrongfully Banned
My PC EA account has recently been suspended from accessing EA SPORTS FC 27 online services for 28 days. I strongly believe this suspension may have been issued by mistake.
Before the suspension, the only game mode I played was Division Rivals (DR). I have never used any cheating software, hacks, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools. I have always played the game legitimately and followed EA's rules.
I am extremely frustrated and confused by this suspension, as I have no idea what specific action could have triggered it.
To make matters worse, I have tried multiple times to submit an appeal through the EA Penalty History page, but I keep receiving the error.

I am so sorry to hear you're running into this. Having your FC 27 account suspended for 28 days when you play legitimately is incredibly frustrating, and dealing with an error page when trying to submit your appeal only adds to that stress.
