Re: FC 27 Loyalty / Returning Player Pack Missing Despite Playing FC 26

After playing since fifa 17, starting up my web app gave me no welcome back packs. In fc26 i got banned on the transfer market for the web app. But the email i got clearly said this wouldnt be taken on to fc27. Still it did. After talking with someone from ea help they stated that this is a common problem and that they are working on it. I really hope this problem can be fixed in a fair way soon.
