Non précommande Pack ?

I bought fc27 in précommande. Due to a debit card situation, the buying was the 31 august. 

But I got the installation 2 weeks before, got the précommandé motion on it, and I would have received an icon pack. I never got it. 

I got two files in EASupport already, but nothing move...
