EA keeps giving the same generic answer: “Everyone has the same chances.”
But that answer completely ignores what the community is actually experiencing.
A huge part of the FC community has become convinced that streamers, content creators and high-profile players receive much better pack luck than regular players. Whether EA admits it or not, the difference in what we see happening is extremely difficult to ignore.
When players repeatedly spend money on FC Points, open countless packs and struggle to get even one promo card, while streamers and content creators seem to constantly pack the best cards on camera, people are naturally going to question whether the system is truly the same for everyone.
And this is the important point: EA is asking us to trust the probabilities shown in the store, but probabilities alone don't prove that every account is actually being treated identically behind the scenes.
If EA is completely confident that every account has exactly the same pack probabilities, then show us meaningful evidence. Explain how the system works and provide enough transparency for the community to independently understand that there is no difference between a regular player and a streamer or content creator.
Players are spending real money on FC Points. We deserve transparency, not another copy-and-paste response telling us to “manage our expectations.”
The community is not asking for guaranteed good packs. We are asking for confidence that the system is genuinely fair and identical for everyone.
