Re: Preorder failed to process on Xbox

Hi there can anyone help 

 

Unfortunately my payment didn’t go through for the ea 27 as used a different bank account and forgot to send the money over in time before the payment was took , is there a way I can pay it now or do I just wait for it to be took again for the 2nd time

    As you are trying to pre-order from the Xbox store, that'd be a question best suited for Xbox's support team rather than EA as they'll be able to properly help out
