Preorder failed to process on Xbox
I have pre ordered fc 27 ultimate deluxe edition £125.99 but the payment failed so I tried to update the card details as the card I used to pay had expired so I tried to re download the edition using a different card but it isn’t allowing me to do so, so I am wondering if it would be possible for me to get the edition I had initially pre ordered.

If you purchased the game digitally on Xbox, you'd need to contact the Xbox Support team and report the issue you encountered during your initial preorder to see if anything can be done about it now.
I'm not sure if it'll be possible to get you the edition you couldn't buy earlier. You can find the preorder timeframes in this article on EA Help.We can't help you with an order made on Xbox ourselves, sorry.
