If you have it on steam, turn on steam controller override. Worked for me

yeah same, im considering getting a new controller like a original xbox controller

I have both V1 (from FC26), and V2 (from FC27)

so in the fc 27 file there is a buttonDataSetupV2.ini, did you replce that file with the fc 26 one or did you leave both V1 and V2 file whilst also deleting the settings file?

Sorry! I also deleted my FC27 SettingsXXX file from the settings folder, inside my FC27 Local AppData.

If this doesn't work, maybe I just got lucky? I'm not sure.

I managed to fix this myself, funny enough. Not sure if restarting my PC helped, but here's what I did:

1. Restarted PC,
2. Checked my Local AppData for FC26 and FC27 to compare,
3. Noticed a file "buttonDataSetupV2.ini" was in FC26, compared to "buttonDataSetupV1.ini" in my FC26 folder,
4. Copied the "buttonDataSetupV1.ini" from my FC26 folder into my FC27 folder, and my Xbox, and Razer PC controller now works in menu & in-game.

Again, not sure if the restart actually helped, but it might be all that is needed.
