Penalty dispute pending but shows as fixed bug.

Hello, I need assistance with an existing penalty appeal, case #256272579. My case appears as Pending under Cases/Penalties, but when I click Review Case, it shows as Fixed. This discrepancy prevents...

    Apologies for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve this issue directly via the forums and it seems you may have been misinformed that we can do that. If it is possible to reverse this coin removal, it will be via an EA Advisor. You are welcome to make contact with them again, but you may get the same or a similar response. EA_Barry.

So that's the thing, you guys don't properly read my concern, I doubt that you guys even understand English, I didn't get banned from the game and there's no way to open a new ticket about my warning that caused my coins being wiped, when i go to ea help and fill out the form it leads me to self solution section and live chat, and love chat tells me to text here and wait for help. It's a nonsense circle.
