Ping issues after Typhoon Champi

Pretty simple after the recent Typhoon that struck east asia my ping from Taiwan is + 10-20 compared to normal with the lowest being 20 instead of 5 and then matching most games to the Japan server for 40+ ms. 

Not really sure what to say it's just factual the ping has increased a lot and is unaffected in all other games and my internet is completely fine. 

Anyone else in East Asia have notable ping increases, especially TW?
