Ping

Hello EA SPORTS FC Team,

I am contacting you regarding the ongoing high ping and connection instability affecting FC 27 players in Kuwait and across the Middle East.

Many players are experiencing significantly higher ping than before, with some reporting increases from around 20–30 ms to 60–80 ms, along with sudden ping spikes, input delay, and connection instability during online matches.

I play from Kuwait using a Zain 5G connection and a ZTE MC888/Max 6 router. The issue appears to affect multiple players and internet providers, which raises concerns about server routing, regional connectivity, or data center performance.

Could you please investigate the following?

1. Is the Dammam data center currently operational and serving FC 27 matches in Kuwait and the GCC?
2. Have there been any recent changes to server routing or network infrastructure in the Middle East?
3. Is EA aware of the increased ping and connection instability reported by players in Kuwait and the Gulf region?
4. Is a fix or network improvement planned?

We would appreciate a clear and specific response rather than generic troubleshooting advice, as this issue appears to affect multiple players across different internet providers.

Stable servers and fair online gameplay are essential for the FC community in this region.
