Hello, I did everything yesterday I followed these steps and everything just like I said in the post maybe try to tell the team to see if maybe there's a bug affecting me

If you tried those steps and still having an issue aser_es7​ I'd recommend trying on a different network to see what happens.

      If you can use your phone and mobile data to test as a mobile hotspot, that would be great aser_es7​
