Re: Unable to access EA Play after playing FC 27 Lite

Hi FC community,

I’m having an issue trying to play FC27 Lite on my PS5 console. After accepting the user agreement and trying to access the lobby, it’s asking me for an EA Play subscription. I had this subscription a while back, but it has since expired; I also had the game's Beta version. It seems like there’s a bug on my account where, upon launching the Lite version, it loads the Beta license instead. I’ve already spoken with EA Support; we restored licenses, deleted the game, and reinstalled it via the mobile app. Despite trying everything, we haven't found a solution.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
