problems with servers

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Also, could you list all the troubleshooting you've tried so we can avoid repeating those? Thanks!

EA_Aljo​ this does not work. During peak hours we cant connect to the EA servers

Hey there. The servers are currently up. Please try the steps suggested in this article for connection troubleshooting. I recommend starting with power cycling your modem/router and the device you play on. Thanks!
