Question about a ban on a previous game version.
I got ban on fifa 23 on pc and buy fifa 27 with same account on ps5 and wanna play and that with ban to now my points gone what can i do

Could you clarify a couple of things so we can better understand what happened?
Are you currently seeing a ban or suspension message when trying to access EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5, or are you able to get into the game normally?
Also, when you say your points are gone, do you mean:
- You received the FC Points and they later disappeared, or
- You purchased FC Points but never received them because you can't access the game/account?
Once we know exactly what you're seeing, we can point you toward the correct next steps.
