I redeemed the code for the Ultimate edition for the game twice now and the game still does not appear in my library. When I try to re-enter the code, it says the code has already been redeemed. Please help.
We’ve been waiting 11 months for a fix for the sky internet issue, you keep ignoring every post we make about it. You guys need to contact sky and find a solution, this only happens with your game so work it out. All you guys keep doing is dodging the issue.

Initial Issue (Sept 16): I won an EA SPORTS FC 27 promotional code during an official EA FC Early Access livestream and successfully redeemed the code on the PlayStation App. However, the game did not appear in my library.
First Support Attempt (Sept 16): EA Support advised me to wait 24 hours for the game to process.
Second Support Attempt (Sept 17): After waiting 24 hours, EA Support instructed me to wait until September 18, stating they couldn't assist until the official early access release date.
PlayStation Contact: I reached out to PlayStation Support, but they stated they could not assist with EA promotional codes and directed you back to EA Support.
Live Chat Outcome (Sept 18):
I connected with EA Advisor Priansh, who asked for my account details and the redeemed code.
Priansh then claimed EA could not help and told me to contact the giveaway source—despite this being an official EA broadcast.
When I pushed back on being bounced around for 3 days and asked to escalate the case to a supervisor, Priansh stated that supervisors have the same tools, refused to escalate, recommended posting on the EA Forums instead, and ended the chat session.
I hope this makes sense; sorry just frustrated.
